Yes. Every order ships free, to the UK and internationally, with no minimum spend.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days in the UK, 7–14 business days in Europe and 7–21 business days to other countries.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships we email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to the UK, Ireland, most of Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, the UAE and more. All available countries are shown at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

What is your returns policy?

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible and we'll cancel it and issue a full refund.
